Dora Szentmihalyi

I am Dora, freelance textile print and surface pattern designer currently based in Barcelona, Spain. I graduated from MOME (Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design) in 2015 as a Textile designer, specialized in print design.

My work focuses on textile prints and patterns, which are characterized by vibrant, colorful designs with delicate details featuring tropical, floral and abstract themes. My design approach combines my excellent  hand drawing and painting skills with contemporary design tools such as Photoshop and digital painting. I am specialized in fashion print design for womenswear, and particularly for swimwear, however my experience, skills and design approach ensure that my designs are versatile, commercially viable and applicable for different surfaces.
